REFUND POLICY
By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies:
Returns/Refunds
Our return policy covers a period of 14 days from the date of item arrival. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
In the event a customer reports a defective or broken product, they will be required to provide images illustrating the alleged defects to our customer service email. After receiving these images, our customer support team will forward them to our Operations team for review and confirmation. If the customer's claim is found to be accurate, and the request for a refund is made within 14 days of order receipt, we will issue the refund. For return requests, we will collaborate with our Operations team to facilitate the return process, including sending a return label to the customer. Once the product is confirmed as shipped back to us, we will promptly dispatch a replacement product.
Terms and Conditions
We accept returns for products shipped by us if the item is found to be faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item). The returned item(s) must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
It's important to be aware that the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer, and we do not provide pre-paid shipping labels.
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or the original method of payment, within a specific number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, get in touch with your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time (typically 2-5 business days) before a refund is reflected in your account.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations can be made within 6 hours of the purchase time on the same day. Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee amounting to 30% of your total order value will be applied for the cancellation.
We only issue refunds and accept returns if the customer's case meets the conditions outlined above.
